with drivetime DJ Andy Walker

kmfm has just given you the chance to win a romantic trip to Bruge with a boat ride along the canal and a horse and carriage ride through the City – were you listening? I was giving you the chance to go to the BRIT Awards on kmfm Drivetime the other week – were you listening?

If you missed your chances – be listening! You are missing out on not only the Music You Want but some of the most wanted prizes on radio right now.

Talking of music, it is another kmfm Winning Weekend this Saturday and Sunday, February 25 and 26. This time you could be win tickets to see JLS live at the O2.

Lana Del Rey has come from nowhere to become one of the most talked about talents in the world.

Her haunting melodies capture your ear and make you ask the question, “who is this?”

Born To Die is her new tune and you can hear it on kmfm.

Her debut album, also entitled Born To Die, went straight in at Number One earlier this month.

All the fuss about the 25-year-old New Yorker was started last year with her seductive debut single, Video Games.

Her real name is Elizabeth Grant but she wanted a name she could shape her music towards.

At that time, she was spending a lot of time with Spanish friends in Miami. From it, Lana Del Rey was 'born’ as it reminded her of the glamour of the seaside.

Her current single is about living life on the wild side and Lana is definitely one to watch. She has already sold 800,000 records.

Gotye’s Somebody That I Used To Know continues to be a massive song on kmfm. You seem to love it, the more we play it.

Even though it has been out for a while, best mates Rizzle Kicks’ Mama Do The Hump – produced by Fatboy Slim – is without a doubt the catchiest tune on the radio. It has you singing in the mornings, at work, in the car on the way home and before a night out.

Speak to you on your way home.
