Two crashes bring traffic to standstill

Two crashes on the A21 on Sunday have brought traffic to a standstill.

Two people had to be cut free after a car crashed near Sevenoaks at 8.30am - one was taken to hospital by ambulance.

The second happened at 9.30am in the same area. Two cars were involved but it's not thought anyone was injured.

Police closed the A21 Northbound near Hildenborough to clear an oil spill resulting from the accident.

Drivers are being advised to avoid the area and use the A26 and B245.
