Two men were injured in a house fire in Sittingbourne yesterday evening.

Fire crews were called to Saffron Way in Milton Regis at 6.15pm after fire broke out in a first floor bedroom.

The men were treated for smoke inhalation. It's thought one of them injured his legs after jumping from a window.

It's not known how the fire started.
