Motorists watch out - residents in a Kent village have their own speed gun and digital display screen to catch drivers breaking the speed limit. And they're not afraid to use them.
Mid Kent traffic co-ordinator PC Warren Jarvis and village PCSO Leanne Lawrence were on hand at Boughton, near Canterbury, as Kent Police's community speedwatch scheme was rolled out.
Parish councillor Thomas Collett-White said: "Interactive signs like these are very good at getting the message across to motorists in a simplistic way because it gives you an immediate answer."
