The Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning which is expected to last until 6pm.

A road was closed in both directions earlier between Camp Hill, in Tonbridge and Hale Oak Road after a free fell and knocked out the local phone lines .

The Met Office has warned drivers that some damage to trees could occur, leading to debris on the roads. Temporary power disruptions are also predicted.
