Windsurfer rescued off coast of Kent

A man has been taken to hospital after getting into trouble while windsurfing off the coast of Kent.
The 58-year-old, who had a heart condition, was rescued by a lifeboat, after it happened close to Minster beach in Sheppey.
He has been taken to the Medway Maritime Hospital.
