A woman has been cleared of killing her boyfriend when he fell from the roof of her car during a drunken argument.

Vincent Wilson, 21, had ended up on the roof of Victoria Catlin's Rover 414 outside her home in Grain High Street on June 16 last year.

The prosecution alleged he had "flown off" and suffered fatal head injuries as 31-year-old Miss Catlin twice braked.

Maidstone Crown Court heard that the couple had minutes earlier been rowing. Mr Wilson, who was from London, had been standing in the road before going onto the car roof.
