A woman has died after apparently collapsing on the dancefloor in Muggleton's Inn, Maidstone.

Police were called at 10pm on Friday after reports that the woman had collapsed.

Paramedics treated her, but she died at the scene.

Officers helped clear the pub of people and it remained closed.

Police are not treating the death as suspicious and a post mortem is due to take place.
