A DRIVER was injured when her blue Ford Fiesta spun on to its side on Boxley Hill, Boxley, near Maidstone.

The accident, which happened at about 8.10am yesterday, involved five cars and left the Maidstone-bound carriageway blocked during the rush-hour.

A woman was taken to Maidtone Hospital with a neck injury. The road was cleared by 10.30am. The cause of the accident is being investigated.
