Woman trapped as car and van collide

A WOMAN was trapped inside her vehicle for 30 minutes following a collision between a van and a car.

The woman, in her 50s, and a 36-year-old man, who suffered serious head and facial injuries, were flown to Maidstone Hospital by Kent Air Ambulance after the incident at Rock Hill, Frittenden, near Cranbrook, on Wednesday morning.

A 32-year-old man, who suffered minor head injuries, was also taken to Maidstone Hospital by ambulance.

Kent Police say the collision happened at around 9.45am.
