FIVE youths have been charged by police with a series of homophobic attacks on a gay couple.

The charges came after an investigation by members of the Bromley Community Safety Unit.

Five boys, three aged 14 and two aged 15, have appeared at Bromley Youth Court accused of public order offences. They cannot be named for legal reasons.

The case was adjourned until Friday, November 10.
