Another blow for luckless Bartram

GILLINGHAM goalkeeper Vince Bartram faces another month on the sidelines as his recovery from a double wrist fracture has been hit by an infection.

Bartram sustained the injury in the closing minutes on his recall to the side against Millwall on Saturday, September 6. He collided with opposite number Tony Warner who had moved up for a corner kick.

Meanwhile, it's been revealed that Kevin Bremner, who parted company with Gills at the end of last season after eight years as youth team manager, is running soccer schools for youngsters on Jersey.
