Let's kick racism out of football

GILLINGHAM goalkeeper Jason Brown has experienced racist abuse before and says he would ask to be substituted if he ever faced it again.

The 22-year-old stopper has been speaking candidly to KM-fm after racist chants marred England’s friendly against Spain at the Bernebeu in Madrid on Wednesday night.

England were comfortably beaten 1-0 on the night, but it is the off-field activities that have made the headlines after monkey-style chants were directed at England’s black players, in particular Ashley Cole and Shaun Wright-Phillips.
