INVICTA Dynamos got their ENIHL South Conference B campaign off to a winning start when they defeated Lee Valley Lions 11-3 at the Gillingham Ice Bowl on Sunday.

The Mos found themselves 2-0 down before Alex Shaw and coach Kevin Parrish brought them level.

Ken Forshee then scored the goal of the game and Kevin Lake was on target to give the Mos a 4-2 lead at the end of the first period.

Parrish got his second and the Dynamos' fifth with the only goal of the second period, before the home side ran riot in the final session.

A good finish enabled Parrish to complete his hat-trick before Anthony Lennon struck to open up a five-goal lead.

Forshee added a penalty shot and another goal to make it 9-2, before Andy Smith got the 10th.

Lee Valley replied with a consolation goal and it was left to Andy Smith to wrap up the scoring.

Dynamos were beaten by Slough Jets for the third time this season in the EPIHL Cup - suffering a 10-0 reverse on Saturday.
