MARGATE conclude their Conference campaign at home to Scarborough on Saturday, hoping to make up for an unproductive Easter when they failed to score as they took just a point from Nationwide Conference matches against Farnborough and Telford.

Saturday’s goalless draw with Farnborough at a bitterly cold Crabble was followed on Monday by a 1-0 defeat at Telford, where the decisive goal came from a penalty eight minutes from the end when Jordan King, son of Telford manager Jake, slotted home.

They meet Welling at Park View Road in the final of the BOSE Kent Senior Cup on Wednesday, April 30, kick-off 7.45pm.
