HUGE IMPACT: Mike Flynn

JASON BROWN: Had to stray out of his area to find any real action and was thankful to see Micah Hyde’s lob go wide.
6

NYRON NOSWORTHY: Made a couple of timely interceptions although his passing was a little off.
7

IAN COX: Had little trouble against his old side and made some solid tackles.
6

CHRIS HOPE: Didn’t have much of an opposition to play against but stuck closely to Burnley’s front two.

JAY McEVELEY: Made the left-back job look effortless and his pace and vision opened up the visitors for the goal.
7

NICKY SOUTHALL: His blond hair gives him a youthful look and he was showing a no-fear attitude of an 18-year-old.
7

PAUL SMITH: Another effective display as he battles tooth and nail to see the club stay in the Championship.
7

MICHAEL FLYNN: Flynn has made a massive impact in the middle of the park and was full of energy.
8

JONATHON DOUGLAS: Has all the qualities you look for in a midfielder and he was vital in the centre.
7

MAMADY SIDIBE: At times the ball seems to stick to his feet as he barges unceremoniously past defences.
7

DARIUS HENDERSON: Hit the winner, but should have doubled the lead five minutes later. Gave Burnley’s defence a hard time.
7

DARREN BYFIELD: Came on for Henderson. Played further up front than in recent times and seemed more alert.
