GILLINGHAM'S Division One game against Norwich City at Priestfield on New Year's Day has been postponed because the pitch is waterlogged.

A local referee carried out a pitch inspection and ruled that it was unfit for play.

Gillingham's planned FA Cup, third round, tie against Sheffield Wednesday, due to take place at Priestfield on Saturday, must now also be in doubt.
