Gills admit three FA charges

GILLINGHAM chairman Paul Scally and striker David Graham have admitted charges relating to the player's transfer from Sheffield Wednesday in August last year.
The club was charged with a breach of the FA Football Agents Regulations after they were alleged to have dealt with Jon Kirtland and/or Chris McMenemy, with respect to Graham's transfer, neither of whom was a licensed agent or exempt individual.
David Graham was charged with a breach of the same regulations for allegedly using the services of Kirtland and/or McMenemy.
Paul Scally was charged with a breach of the FA Rules for failing to comply with the requests to attend an interview in connection with The FA's inquiry - all parties have requested personal hearings.
