JEPSON: "On our day we are a match for anybody"

Bristol City v Gillingham

GILLINGHAM manager Ronnie Jepson said his side needs to improve their consistency if they are to continue moving up the League 1 table.

The Gills are in a rich vein of form with three wins and a draw from their last four games, and Jepson has challenged his side to maintain that run ahead of Saturday's clash at high-flyers Bristol City.

He said: "We just need to be that bit more consistent. On our day we are a match for anybody."

Defender Leon Johnson is a doubt for Saturday, but Brent Sancho is available.
