JEPSON: "I don't want this season to just witter away"

Bournemouth v Gillingham

RONNIE JEPSON wants no let up from his players as the Gills bid to end the season on a high.

Jepson's in-form side travel to Bournemouth on Saturday on the back of three consecutive wins before ending their League 1 campaign at home to Yeovil.

He said: "I don't want this season to just witter away – the supporters deserve more than that.

"I'm not sure what Bournemouth require (to avoid relegation) but we're just going to concentrate on ourselves.

Jepson has indicated "We'll maybe give one or two a go but I still want to win the games for the supporters. It would be nice to finish the season on a high.

"It's been frustrating for the supporters at times but they've stuck with us and that's a credit to them."
