JEPSON: "It’s frustrating because it’s the same 11 players"

Northampton Town v Gillingham

RONNIE JEPSON has called on his players to improve their consistency on the road ahead of tonight's trip to Northampton in League 1.

Relegation fears haunt their hosts and Jepson is keen for his squad to show plenty of confidence at Sixfields Stadium.

Jepson said: "We go to every game in a positive frame of mind. We’re not consistent enough and that’s why we are where we are.

"It’s frustrating because it’s the same 11 players but most managers in this league rely on home form.

"We’ve tried all sorts of things – different travel arrangements, training on a Saturday morning – but it comes down to one thing for me and that’s personnel."
