JEPSON: "If you don't stick chances away then you're going to struggle"

GILLINGHAM manager Ronnie Jepson bemoaned his team’s lack of a cutting edge after they failed to find the net against Scunthorpe.

He said: "When we have got teams on the rack like we had, you have got to stick the ball into the back of the net.

"We created some unbelievable stuff. We opened them up and got at them and put some quality balls into the box.

"If you don’t stick those chances away then you’re going to struggle."
