Welling assistant manager Phil Handford has decided to step down due to personal and business commitments.

He will be replaced as boss Andy Ford's number two at Park View Road by Jimmy Dack.

Ford and Dack have previously worked together at Stevenage, with the latter more recently having a spell as caretaker boss at Sutton.
