Harrogate 5 Holcombe 5

HOLCOMBE conceded a last minute equaliser at Harrowgate on Sunday but still kept their unbeaten record in National Premier 3.

Holcs had recovered from being 3-2 down early in the second half to lead 5-4 late on, with Steve Evans and Greg Nicol scoring two each and Denzil Dolly getting one.

But the referee awarded Harrogate a disputed penalty corner at the death and the home side scored to make it 5-5.

Manager Mike Haines said: "We had enough chances to win but it was very tense at the end. We’re still unbeaten in the league, though, and have everything to play for."
