It's kwik cricket time for youngsters

YOUNGSTERS from many schools in the Sheppey and Sittingbourne areas will compete in this year’s popular and exciting Swale Kwik Cricket Festivals.

Teams from years five and six at all three Sheppey middle schools - Cheyne (Sheerness), Danley (Halfway) and St George’s (Minster) as well as sides from St Edward’s R.C. Primary (Sheerness) and Elliott Park (Minster) will take on teams from 11 mainland primary schools at Gore Court Cricket Club, Sittingbourne, on Tuesday, June 15.

Meanwhile, pupils from years three and four at seven Sheppey first schools will have their own festival at Minster Cricket Club off Chequers Road, Minster, on Tuesday, June 22.
