Kadi leaves but Sobers is back at Bromley

Dorchester v Bromley

BROMLEY have boosted their defensive options by re-signing defender Jerome Sobers while Junior Kadi has gone back to Dartford.

Centre-half Sobers was a member of the Lillywhites squad which won promotion from the Ryman Premier last season, and featured in both nailbiting play-off victories over AFC Wimbledon and Billericay.

He began this season with Blue Square South Braintree Town, but was released on Friday lasst week.

Bromley manager Mark Goldberg moved quickly to bring him back to Hayes Lane and said: "We’ve been disappointed by the defensive errors we have made this season, and we are confident that Jerome can help put things right.

"We know what we are getting with Jerome, and we welcome him back to the club.

Bromley travel to Dorchester this Saturday. Nic McDonnell (groin) and Mark Corneille (hamstring) could return.
