Tonbridge boss Tommy Warrilow is aiming for three points

Tonbridge v Wealdstone

Tonbridge Angels goalkeeper Lee Worgan has declared himself fit for the Ryman League, Premier Division home game against Wealdstone on Saturday. He had three stitches in a knee injury picked up in the 3-0 defeat at Dover last week, but has told boss Tommy Warrilow he will be ready.

Jamie Cade and Lewis Hamilton hope to recover from flu, brothers Ade (ban) and Tim Olorunda (work commitments) return, and Leon Legge has also served a one match suspension.

Warrilow said: “Wealdstone have been on a great run, but have lost the last two, We watched them at Hastings last week, and they were very unlucky. They are a big physical side, and we have got a tough month coming up.

However the club are keeping one eye on the weather after Wednesday’s Suburban League game against Three Bridges was postponed because of a frozen pitch. Heavy rain yesterday(Thursday) left puddles across Longmead Stadium. Warrilow cancelled last night’s training session.

Meanwhile reserve goalkeeper Martin Grant is due to join Division 1 North side Chatham Town on loan. He has just returned from a similar spell at Bulmers Cider Kent League Slade Green.
