INVICTA DYNAMOS have two different games to focus on this weekend.

First up is the return leg of the League Winners Trophy at higher-league Milton Keynes Lightning on Saturday, then on Sunday it's back to English National League action as Haringey Greyhounds visit the Gillingham Ice Bowl.

Coach Kevin Parrish said: "Lightning are the best side we’ve played. They annihilated us 7-1 at our place and were a different class.

"I really just want to come out of the game without being embarrassed, with no scrapes and injuries. But since we played them, they have added two very good imports, one who used to play in the Elite League three seasons ago."
