Gillingham face a second Championship side in five days when they take on Millwall at Priestfield on Saturday.

Just days after narrowly being beaten by Ipswich on home soil, they are now ready to tackle Steve Lomas’ Lions.

Gills boss Martin Allen is hoping to be able to name three players who missed out on the midweek game.

He said: “We will put the strongest team out we can play.”

Myles Weston (hamstring) and Charlie Allen (hip) are likely to be fit again. New signing Amine Linganzi should also be available.

Allen added: “He (Amine) has been away from his family for a few weeks and was allowed a couple of extra days off. He returned to training on Wednesday.”
