Ramsgate continued their remarkable run in cup finals with a dramatic penalty shoot-out win in the Ryman League Cup final.

Several coachloads of fans made the trip from Thanet to the Princes Park Stadium in Dartford for the clash against Division 1 North title-chasers AFC Sudbury on Wednesday night.

After a goalless 90 minutes, during which both sides hit the woodwork, and extra-time, keeper Paul Wilkerson was the hero as he saved the a Sudbury spot-kick to give Stuart Vahid the chance to secure a 5-4 shoot-out win.

Dan Dolton, Ollie and Warren Schulz and Lee Minshull had already converted their attempts.
