WELLING are hoping to continue their impressive start to the Nationwide Conference South campaign at Eastleigh on Saturday.

The victory over Dorchester at the weekend moved Adrian Pennock's side up to fourth in the table, and the club have since been boosted by the double signing of veteran Gillingham midfielder Mark Saunders and ex-Priestfield striker Matt Bodkin.

Pennock has confirmed both players will be involved on Saturday, with Bodkin likely to come in up front in place of Danny Kedwell who is suspended.

Wings have also completed the signing of Terry Penfold, but the former Gravesend youngster is short of fitness.

Midfielder Steve Perkins, who is suffering from a calf problem, is Pennock's only injury doubt for the trip.
