Bishop's Stortford v Welling

Welling return to the scene of one of their biggest triumphs last season in desperate need of three points on Saturday.

The Wings won at Bishop's Stortford last season to kick-start their successful relegation battle in Blue Square South.

This time manager Andy Ford - who returns after missing the midweek FA Cup exit at Whyteleafe - wants a victory to end an eight-game winless streak.

According to assistant manager Jimmy Dack, the Wings will make changes again to their starting line-up. Sonny Cobbs, who scored home and away against Bishop's Stortford last season, looks certain to come into the side having been a substitute in recent games.

Dack said: "The boys have been saying the right things but have lacked confidence on the pitch.

"We keep looking for that response. I thought that we were going to get it in the second half at Whyteleafe but the ball didn't go in the net.

"We have to keep shuffling the pack and get it right, and that will only come from working hard all over the pitch."

Orlando Smith (knee) is a doubt after coming off at Whyteleafe in midweek.
