Maidstone: Air ambulance sent to Grove Green following accidental injury near TV studios

Emergency services were called to Maidstone Studios this morning, to reports of a serious accident.

An air ambulance, paramedics and police were sent to New Cut Road in Grove Green at 8.20am after reports that a man had fallen.

It is understood the accident may have involved collapsed scaffolding.

Maidstone Studios will be the venue for a pantomime for the first time

Details of the man's injuries are not yet known.

The Health and Safety Executive has been notified.

Hit shows including Later with Jools Holland, Catchphrase, Take Me Out and Got To Dance are filmed at the TV studios.
