Alleyway robbery

A 19-year-old was robbed of £100 in an alleyway in Maidstone.

The robbery happened before 3am on Saturday, August 25, in College Walk, which runs between Priory Road and College Road.

The victim, from Staplehurst, had left the town centre alone and was walking towards Park Wood. The suspect is reported to have approached her from behind and stolen her purse, which had £100 in it.

He is described as a white man, 5ft 7ins tall, and was wearing a black t-shirt, jeans and had a deep voice with a local accent.
