Maidstone: Appeal after accident on M20 J7 for Detling

Police are appealing for witnesses after an accident on the M20 near Maidstone which left a man seriously injured.

The crash happened on the London-bound carriageway at J7 for Detling just after 3.25am on Friday, July 7. Two lorries were involved.

Officers and South East Coast Ambulance Service attended the scene where a man received medical attention for serious injuries.

He was taken to a London hospital for further treatment.

The Serious Collision Investigation Unit is investigating the incident and are appealing for anywitnesses who may have seen the vehicles immediately before or during the collision, or who have dashcam footage to get in contact.
