Broken down cement lorry cleared after it caused delays on the M20 junction 4 (Leybourne) slip road London bound

A broken down cement lorry that caused delays on a busy motorway slip road has been cleared.

The incident happened shortly before 1pm and forced police and the Highways Agency to close one of two lanes on the M20 at junction 4 (Leybourne).

It broke down on the London bound carriageway with the roads returning to normal at about 3.20pm - according to Kent Highways.
