Bustucker trial? It must be Children In Need

A dinner date from hell awaits a pub landlord in his quest to support Children In Need.

Detling landlord Colin Howarth will undergo an I'm a Celebrity-style bushtucker trial.

Colin, 55, who runs the Cock Horse Inn ub and restaurant will be feasting on a stomach-churning diet including mealworms, locusts and sheeps’ eyes (though not from this sheep pictured above).

Just like the celebrities camping in the Australian outback, Colin will be rewarded for each disgusting dish he manages to consume, hoping his efforts will result in a hearty donation.

In town, face-painted staff at Boots in Fremlin Walk will have collecting tins, while pupils will be going about their day dressed in spots and fancy dress.
