Police discovered a cannabis factory when they swooped on a disused pub - on the same road as the force's headquarters.

Officers raided the Crown and Horseshoes pub in Langley yesterday following reports of suspicious behaviour.

They returned to the site on the corner of Sutton Road and Horseshoes Lane today to remove plants and equipment from the building.
