A vehicle was today still stuck inside a garage - two days after smashing into it.

The VW Lupo careered off Hampton Road in Vinters Park and crashed through the wall of a single space garage at around 11.15pm on Wednesday.

Police were called to the scene of the incident, just off Bearsted Road, but no one was arrested.

One male driver was involved but no one was injured in the crash.

It is not known what caused the accident or who the garage belongs to.

A Kent Police spokesman said that as the vehicle is not blocking the carriageway the recovery process is the responsibility of the driver.
