A caravan was completely destroyed by fire last night.

Two fire engines attended the scene of the mystery blaze in Redwall Lane, Maidstone, at 10.25pm last night.

The cause of the fire which completely destroyed the three by 10 metre vehicle is unknown.

Crews used breathing apparatus, a hose reel and foam to extinguish the fire and left the scene just after 11pm.

No one was injured.
