Hundreds turned out to enjoy carols by candlelight in Maidstone.

The annual All Saints’ Church service in Mill Street, on the Saturday before Christmas, attracted a large congregation.

Rev Canon Christopher Morgan-Jones presided over the ceremony, with music from Astley Brass and the church choir, led by choir master Peter Richards.

All the church’s services over the Christmas period attracted a healthy attendance, including the Christingle, the midnight service on Christmas Eve and the Christmas morning ceremony.
