A man had to be rescued after a car overturned on Hollingbourne Hill.

Fire crews and paramedics were called to the scene at 11.40pm yesterday, where they spent nearly an hour trying to free the casualty, who was trapped inside.

He was treated by paramedics. Details of his injuries are not yet known.

No other cars were involved.
