A fish and chip shop has been vandalised with paint, days after it was barricaded with fridges.

Staff at Big Ben's Fish & Grill, in Loose Road, had to fight their way through a wall of around 20 white goods after the shop was targeted in a "peaceful protest" over another business's eviction on Wednesday.

But this morning they found that cans of pink and grey paint had been slung at the windows of the beleagueredchippie.
