A cyclist has been rushed to hospital after a colliding with a bus this afternoon.

Police and paramedics were called out to Bearstead Road after a crash at around 1.15pm.

A woman, who was riding the bike, was treated at the scene for leg and face injuries.

Secamb confirmed she was taken to Maidstone Hospital for further treatment.

Her injuries are not thought to be serious.
