Traffic queuing after accident on A20 Ashford Road

A man has been taken to hospital after an accident which has left a road partially blocked.

Drivers are facing delays on the A20 Ashford Road in both directions between Eyhorne Street and Broomfield Road following the incident.

As a result, motorists are moving slowly in tailbacks to Harrietsham.

Kent Police and South East Coast Ambulance Service attended shortly after 6.15am where a man was treated for an injuries to his head and hand.

He has been taken to a local hospital for further medical attention.

Traffic is moving past the scene and there will be some congestion until the vehicle is recovered.
