A Maidstone road was closed after a fallen tree knocked down electrical cables.

Brishing Lane was reported to be shut shortly before 4am, from the junctions of Green Lane to Joy Wood.

A signed diversion was in place via Wallis Avenue, A274 Sutton Road and B2163 Plough Wents Road.
