Garden items seized on suspicion of theft in Maidstone

Detectives who have arrested a woman on suspicion of stealing garden statues and flower pots are keen to track down their rightful owner.

Two garden statues, a shrub in a square grey tub and two large flower pots were seized from a van in Maidstone on Sunday, September 9.

A 38-year-old woman from Upchurch was arrested on suspicion of theft and was later released pending further investigation.

The items were seized from a van on Sunday, September 9 (4094185)

Anyone who recognises the garden ornaments, or who has information that may assist the investigation is asked to call 01622 604100 quoting reference YY/32506/18.
