Home selling 'like hot cakes'

THE fourth phase of Ward Homes’ Stillwater Park in Eddington has been released.

Janet Burnell, sales director, said: “These homes are selling like hot cakes off-plan. I think the broad range of properties - two-bedroom apartments to terraced homes, through to five-bedroom detached homes - is proving very appealing.”

The first new showhome is the four-bedroom semi-detached Throwley, which has a timber effect frontage and has met with acclaim at the Meadowcroft development in Iwade.

At Stillwater Park, an elegant Art Deco approach has been taken with the interior design.

The second showhome is the three-bedroom, terraced Egerton. It is characterised by well proportioned, practical sized rooms, but perhaps its best feature is the sitting/dining room with French doors leading out to the garden.

Prices start from £170,000. Further details on 01227 365164.
