The site of a new Asda Living store and 111-bed Travelodge hotel being built in Maidstone

The new ASDA Living store, under construction in St Peter’s Street, will officially open on October 23, we can reveal.

The ASDA Living store will create jobs and offer a non-food range, including George clothing, jewellery, homeware, music and DVDs, electrical and beauty products.

Work is also well under way on the six-storey 111-bed Travelodge hotel.
