Commuters have been suffering delays on the M20 this morning after a van overturned in a crash.

Part of the coast-bound carriageway between J3 for Swanley and J2 for Wrotham was blocked from shortly before 7am.

One lane was closed because of damage to the central reservation in a crash between two vehicles.

A van overturned, but it is not clear if anyone was injured.

The vehicles were removed from the carriageway at just after 8am, but delays were expected to continue into the morning rush-hour.

Kent Highways said motorists should expect delays and consider alternative routes.
